Audio / Digital Audio Engine (DAE) support page

Welcome to the Audio / DAE product support page. This new page (April 2008) has been created to inform audio customers of our new web site based audio support system.

Previously, a request would be emailed to MDS audio support (support-audio@mds.com, as listed in product user manuals) then our audio support team would respond to the request. Our audio support web site replaces this email method with a registered user account that allows you to login then submit a request, browse FAQs, monitor support activity for your request(s), share your requests/support activity with others in your company, and benefit from your request being tracked until it is resolved. Your history of requests and support are automatically archived and remain available to you. MDS has successfully operated this web site based support system for a several years, and we are glad to announce it is now available for audio support.

A support link is provided below that will take you to the support home page where you can request a registered user account as described above. A user ID and password wil then be emailed to you. For those that already have an account, a support link is provided below for login to the support system.
