The VDP combines the VPROC-3D and a host processor for evaluating and developing with MDS' VPROC-3D video processor module. An optional DAE-6D for audio decode is available as well for evaluating audio/video integration.
In addition to the HDMI inputs and outputs of the VPROC-3D (supplied with the MDS HIB-4 HDMI input expansion card to provide 8 inputs) the VDP includes analog video mux boards for CVBS, S Video and Component video.
It is provided with all source code to the host (ARM 7) processor as well as schematics. Further details can be found on the VPROC-3D datasheet.
