How to Purchase MDS Products

Ordering - US Customers

Orders may be phoned, emailed, or faxed in. Please provide the MDS part number and quantity desired.

We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard. If you are not happy to send credit card details over the Internet, you may send your credit card information by phone, fax or regular (snail) mail.

Ordering - Outside of US

Please contact the local distributor for MDS for your country. They will make all needed arrangements to provide you a quotation and handle payment and shipping.

If no distributor is listed, please contact the MDS sales department to make the appropriate arrangements.

Shipping/Delivery Method

MDS will provide you with an order number, and shipping tracking number, to confirm your purchase and check status of your order. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

Items will be sent within North America by Two-Day Federal Express unless otherwise specified by customer.

For direct shipment to locations outside of North America by Federal Express or other courier, customer must provide an international account number for that courier for MDS to ship against so that import duties, taxes, etc., can be properly accounted for.

If you do not have an international account number for your courier, MDS will ship your order UPS prepay.

Delivery Schedule

Orders will normally ship within 3 working days, unless stated lead-times are different. If we are unable to ship within the required time period, you will be notified via email.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and will provide you with an estimated ship date. For credit card orders, back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Tax Charges

All sales within California are subject to a sales tax of 7.75%. For international orders to countries without an MDS distributor, import tax and duty (where applicable) will be payable to UPS (or your courier) on delivery.

Remittance Terms

Training Classes must be paid for 5 days before commencement. If canceled at least 10 days prior to commencement, a full refund will be given -- otherwise, payment will be applied to a future class.

For international orders to countries without an MDS distributor, orders must be paid for before goods are dispatched -- either by credit card or wire transfer to MDS.
