Please contact us for quotations if needed or simply place your order! OEM or custom design products will always need quotations as prices vary based on shipment quantities and leadtimes.
Orders may be phoned, emailed, or faxed in. If MDS provided you with a quotation, please provide the appropriate quotation number. Otherwise, just provide the MDS part number and quantity desired.
We accept payment via Wire Transfer, Visa and Mastercard.
Payment terms will only be extended to customers with established credit lines. Our terms are net 30 days, unless otherwise agreed upon. Prepayment is generally requested for new or international customers.
Please contact the local distributor for MDS for your country. They will make all needed arrangements to provide you a quotation and address payment and shipping options.
If no distributor is listed, please contact the MDS sales department to make the appropriate arrangements.
Please indicate your shipment preferences when placing your order. Our preferred method of shipping is via Fedex or UPS but we will accommodate your needs if you prefer to use a different courier. Simply provide your shipping account number when placing your order. Otherwise, MDS will ship add the appropriate charges to the invoice.
For shipments outside of the U.S. customer must provide an international account number for that courier so that import duties, taxes, etc., can be properly accounted for.
MDS does not pay for import duties, VAT, taxes etc. - these are the responsibility of the consignee.
Our goal is to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt of order/payment. If we are unable to ship within the required time period, you will be notified accordingly. Our sales quotations will provide an estimated shipment date if known.
Lead time on most OEM products is 12 to 14 weeks. Please see your quotation from MDS regarding delivery. Larger order quantities will require a 50% deposit and are non-canceable, non-returnable.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and will provide you with an estimated ship date.
Applicable California sales tax will be charged as appropriate unless a resale certificate is provided.
All products are sold on a FOB Huntington Beach, California, USA basis.
For international orders to countries without an MDS distributor, orders must be paid for prior to shipment-- either by credit card or wire transfer to MDS.
